Energy Healing Sessions:

At Lumen and Sage, we approach healing as guided, intuitive, and unique to each person. Rather than choosing from different types of sessions (Reiki, soul retrieval, entity clearing, etc.), we now offer one Healing Session that allows the work to unfold in the way your spirit most needs.

During your session, we serve as channels and guides—working with your spirit team and higher self to determine what will best support your healing at this time. While you may come in seeking Reiki, the session may instead reveal a soul fragment ready to be integrated, a spiritual blockage that needs to be cleared, or another form of energetic restoration.

No two sessions are alike. We follow the guidance we receive, trusting that the healing aligns with what is most important for you in the present moment. This approach ensures you receive the deepest, most relevant healing rather than limiting the session to a single technique.

What to Expect:

• A personalized healing experience guided by spirit and energy.

• Techniques may include Reiki, energy clearing, soul retrieval, entity clearing, or other intuitive practices.

• After the session, we will share insights about the work done and recommendations for integration.

• All healing and coaching sessions are available virtually. In-person sessions may be possible with Kate (Denver, Colorado) or Meghan (Porto, Portugal).

Continued Guidance:
If you’d like more support after your session, you have the option to book a Coaching Session (1 hour). These sessions are designed to help you understand, maintain, and continue your healing. For example, if we uncover an emotional block, we may recommend therapeutic practices, lifestyle shifts, or other tools to help you move forward. Coaching sessions give you the space to integrate the healing into your everyday life with clarity and support.

Evidential Mediumship Session with Kate

(1 Hour): $160

This is a sacred space to connect with your loved ones in Spirit. During our time together, I open the doorway between worlds and invite them to step forward. They often bring through evidence—memories, details, or little things only you would know—so you can trust and feel their presence. Along with that evidence comes the heart of the session: the messages they wish to share. These connections are deeply healing, offering comfort, clarity, and the reminder that love never ends.
