Kate accepts Cigna, United and Aetna insurance (clients in CO) but we encourage you to speak with your therapist in your free consultation to confirm the insurance carriers they work with prior to scheduling your first session. Due to issues with reimbursement and authorization, we are unable to work with 3rd party payers of Cigna and Cigna EAP at this time. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider to verify your insurance benefits prior to your first session with us.

Meghan Jeffrey, LPC

I’m a licensed therapist specializing in parts work and holistic healing for intuitive, sensitive, and spiritually curious adults. I help people who feel lost, disconnected, or in transition reconnect to themselves by working with the emotional, physical, and energetic parts of their experience.

My approach blends evidence-based therapies—like parts work, EMDR, and somatic practices—with a warm, intuitive presence. For clients who are open to it, I incorporate grounding tools such as guided imagery, mindfulness, and reflective practices that deepen self-awareness and inner connection. Everything we do centers on helping you build a compassionate, trusting relationship with yourself.

I believe that true healing happens when we work with the whole person—mind, body, and energy. In our work together, all parts of you are welcome: your emotions, your identities, your spiritual questions, and the pieces of you that are still unfolding. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, adults navigating anxiety or trauma, and those exploring meaning, identity, or spirituality in a way that feels authentic rather than dogmatic.

This is self-pay, deeply personalized work designed for people seeking more than surface-level coping. If you’re ready to heal old patterns, strengthen self-trust, and feel aligned with who you’re becoming, I’d be honored to support you on this journey.

Kate Nielsen, LCSW

Hey there—welcome. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. My hope is that this space, and the work I do, can be of help to you as you navigate your own healing and spiritual journey.

I’ve been a therapist since 2008, walking alongside people as they move through trauma and rediscover their strength. Over time, my path expanded into the spiritual and mystical realms as well—I became a Reiki Master, evidential medium, shamanic practitioner, and tarot reader. Each of these practices adds another layer to how I can support others, whether it’s through deep emotional healing, intuitive guidance, energy work that opens the door to transformation, or opportunities to learn and connect with your own spiritual gifts.

My own journey with Spirit deepened after the loss of my dad. That grief became a turning point—it cracked me open and awakened me to my spiritual gifts in a way I couldn’t ignore. Through that experience, I came to understand my soul mission: to help others raise their vibration, reconnect with their magic, and remember how beautiful and sacred life can be.

The work I do now is a blend of the grounded and the mystical. I bring my years of therapeutic experience together with spiritual tools to create a safe, compassionate, and magical space for healing, learning, and growth.

If you’re here, you may be seeking guidance, energy work, spiritual coaching, or simply a reminder that you’re not alone. Whatever called you here, know that I’m honored to walk this part of the journey with you.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act, health care providers, including therapists, need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
